My Story

Let’s be honest – Human Resources can get a bad rap. But here’s the thing: I’m not your typical HR consultant. I’m like a strategic partner, dedicated to transforming your business through your people.

I believe in empowering you and your leaders with the knowledge and tools to build a thriving workplace culture. I’ll be your trusted advisor, guiding you through complex compliance and legal matters while giving you the tools to be the keeper of your culture. I immerse myself in your world, understanding your unique challenges and opportunities, so I can become a true extension of your team for as long as you need me.

In my 20-year career, I’ve tackled some tough HR challenges, from
complex people issues to building rock-solid retention programs. I’ve
rolled out wellness initiatives, crafted inspiring culture roadmaps, and
even mediated communication breakdowns between people as well as
departments. You name it, I’ve navigated it.

Why the Shift to Consulting?

I spent a solid decade climbing the HR ladder to the Executive level. While I loved the strategic view, I missed the hands-on, people-focused side. My passion lies in leadership development, building high-performing teams, and crafting awesome company cultures through open communication. I thrive on coaching and building learning pathways that empower your workforce, all while leveraging data to help you make smart decisions.

I believe in open communication and in becoming that person you can trust for both guidance and a listening ear when it comes to all things people and culture. I see my role as being there for everyone in the business, from the boardroom to the newest recruit. While I act as a consultant, my focus is becoming your trusted in-house HR expert.
